JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of failure to make a reasonable adjustment is struck out.[2]The claim of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability is struck out.REASONS
[1]At a preliminary hearing held on 12 November 2019, the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £25.00 in respect of each of the above two claims as a condition of her being permitted to proceed with either or both of those claims. Any payments she elected to make had to be made by no later than 13 December 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 16 November 2019. The claimant has failed to pay either deposit by the due date. A payment of £50 was received late on 16 December 2019. The above complaints, to which the deposit order related, are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 2 March 2020 will proceed in respect of the remaining claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract only.
