Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim of unfair dismissal succeeds; the Respondent will pay the Claimant as per the schedule of loss compensation of £1250.70.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant as per the schedule of loss in the sum of £800.80.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant as per the schedule of loss the sum of £800.80.[4]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant as per the schedule of loss the gross sum of £1092.00.[5]The Respondent having failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation of four weeks pay as per the schedule of loss in the sum of £ 728.00.[6]This pay makes a total award of compensation payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the above heads of claim of £4672.30[7]The Respondent is also ordered to pay costs to the Claimant under Rule 75(1) (b) in the sum of £250.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the Claimant in these proceedings. 7.
