JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows:-[1]The claim of wrongful dismissal/breach of contract fails and is dismissed.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal succeeds but:-2.1 In respect of the basic award it would be just and equitable pursuant to Section 122 subsection 2 of the Employment Rights Act to award the sum of £210.00.2.2 In respect of the compensatory award having regard to the provisions of Section 123 subsection 6 of the same act it would be just and equitable to award the sum of £222.35.[3]In total therefore the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £432.35.
