The claimant weekly gross earnings were £840.92, and net were £635.64 Therefore, the respondent must pay the claimant a basic award of £538 x 3 = £1,614.00 The respondent must also pay the following compensatory award: For loss of statutory rights, the sum of £300, Notice pay of £1,614 Loss of earnings of £5,764.29 from dismissal to 30 November 2020.
