[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant: 1.1. A Basic Award of £4,376.40. 1.2. A Compensatory Award £21,673.60. 1.3. The recoupment regulations do not apply.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant of £2,628.08.[3]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of terms of conditions of his employment and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,667.20.[4]The Respondent has failed supply the Claimant with payslips.
