The claim of constituted discrimination within section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 19 June 2020. The Order was sent to the claimant on 30 June 2020.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of pregnancy and maternity discrimination within section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The remaining claims continue.
