Employment Judge SweeneyDate 16 December 2020

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 18 February 2020. it has not been actively pursued, including that the claimant failed, first, to dial into a telephone hearing on 23 November 2020 or, secondly, ( the claimant’s daughter having been telephoned and stating that you were at work) to respond to a voicemail message left on the claimant’s mobile telephone.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
