The complaint of unauthorised deduction of wages in the sum of £79.88 is well founded and succeeds. The complaint under regulation 30 Working Time Regulations 1998 in respect of unpaid accrued holiday in the sum of £329.03 is well founded and succeeds. The complaint of breach of contract (in respect of notice pay) is not well founded and is dismissed. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £408.91 gross (from which any appropriate tax and national insurance will have to be deducted).
