[1]ON PUBLIC PRELIMINARY HEARING It is the judgment of the Tribunal that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claims of breach of contract, assault, falsifying documentation to cover up grievance and breach of human rights advanced by the claimant against respondent. Accordingly, those claims are hereby dismissed. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE A M BUCHANANREASONS
[1]The Tribunal considered Rules 37(1) (b) and (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The claimant failed to comply with the Unless Order made on 12th February 2020 at the preliminary hearing which he failed to attend. That order required the claimant to provide further information regarding his complaint of public interest disclosure which information was to be sent to the Tribunal and served on the respondent on or before 26th February 2020, which he has failed to do.[3]As the claimant has failed to comply the Unless Order referred to above and is not actively pursuing his claim, his claim is hereby struck out.
