JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal (an Employment Judge having previously issued a judgement pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 that the claimant succeeded in her claim that the respondent had made an unauthorised deduction from her wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996) is as follows:[1]That deduction arose from the respondent having failed to pay the claimant at all during her employment from 22 October 2018 to November 2018, inclusive.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the amount of that deduction, which has been calculated as being £915.39.[3]The above amount has been calculated by reference to the claimant’s gross pay and any liability to tax or employee’s national insurance contributions shall be the liability of the claimant alone EMPLOYMENT JUDGE MORRISREASONS
The time for presenting a response has expired and no valid response has been presented, and, on the information before the employment judge, the claim succeeds.
