[1]The claims of unfair dismissal, automatically unfair dismissal, detriment for making a protected disclosure, unlawful deductions from wages and breach of contract were presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to have presented them in time. The Tribunal did not have jurisdiction to hear the claims and they are struck out.[2]The claims of race and disability discrimination were presented out of time and it was not just and equitable to extend time. The Tribunal did not have jurisdiction to hear the claims and they are struck out.
