JUDGMENT

The second respondent having failed to participate in proceedings, and having heard evidence and submissions from the parties present, It is ordered:[1]That the Respondents employed the claimant as a partnership[2]That the claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages, holiday pay and notice pay succeed[3]That the claimant’s claims for failure to provide a statement of terms and conditions succeeds. BY CONSENT it is ordered that[1]The Respondents shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1873 in respect of the claims for unauthorised deductions from wages, holiday pay and notice pay;[2]The Respondents shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £720 in respect of the Respondents’ failure to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions.
