Ms S Mitchell v Secretary Of State For Justice: 2503339/2018

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2503339/2018
Ms S MitchellClaimantSecretary Of State For JusticeRespondent
Employment Judge Garnon DateDate 29 January 2020

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 20 January 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 25 June 2019 or the subsequent variation of the dates of compliance as notified by the Tribunal in its letter dated 14 October 2019 and has not replied to a reminder letter dated 14 November. Without her compliance a fair trial is not possible .[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing at all why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 30 March 2020 to 2 April 2020 will not take place.
