JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claims of unauthorised deduction of wages, breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay), statutory redundancy pay and failure to pay holiday pay are all well founded and succeed.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £119.60 for unauthorised deduction of wages.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £3,664.44 for breach of contract calculated as 12 weeks’ pay at £305.37 per week.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant a statutory redundancy payment of 22 weeks’ pay at £305.37 per week, being a total of £6,718.14.[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant 22 days’ holiday at £52.25 per day, being a sum of £1,149.00.[6]The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £11,651.68.
