November 2023 up to 17 November 2023 £880[2]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract (failure to give or pay notice) is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages in the sum of £317.[3]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.[5]The total amount ordered to be paid to the Claimant is £5,619.
