JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant’s (Mrs G Kristiansen) complaint of failure to pay a redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds. The first and second respondents (Mr GP Kahlon and Mrs B Kahlon) are jointly and severally ordered to pay a redundancy payment to Mrs Kristiansen in the sum of £4,926.00.[2]The first claimant’s (Mrs G Kristiansen) complaint of breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay is well-founded and succeeds. The first and second respondents (Mr GP Kahlon and Mrs B Kahlon) and jointly and severally ordered to pay to the first claimant the sum of £1,970.40 as compensation for breach of contract.[3]The second claimant’s (Mrs J Evans) complaint of failure to pay a redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds. The first and second respondents (Mr GP Kahlon and Mrs B Kahlon) are jointly and severally ordered to pay a redundancy payment to Mrs Kristiansen in the sum of £4,918.15.[4]The second claimant’s (Mrs J Evans) complaint of breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay is well-founded and succeeds. The first and second respondents (Mr GP Kahlon and Mrs B Kahlon) and jointly and severally ordered to pay to the first claimant the sum of £3,106.20 as compensation for breach of contract.
