JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent do pay the Claimant the following sums in respect of her claim number 2502458/2022:[2]In respect of the Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal, the gross sum of £3087.50;[3]In respect of the Claimant’s claim for loss of statutory rights, the gross sum of £500; 1 of 2 Case Numbers : 2502458/2022[4]In respect of the Respondent’s failure to provide a contract of employment to the Claimant, the gross sum of £475.[5]Although the claim for failure to pay notice pay succeeds, there is no additional award.[6]Those sums thereafter attract a 25% uplift for a failure to follow the ACAS procedure.[7]Thereafter, the total is subject to a 40% discount for Polkey, producing the net sum of £3046.88.[8]The aforesaid sum to be paid within 21 days of the receipt of this Order.
