JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The title of the respondent is amended to Jack Ryan trading as Limitless payments.[2]The claimant’s claim for the unauthorised deduction of wages pursuant to S.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant wages in the sum of £807.69 gross (subject to any statutory deductions the respondent may be obliged to make) plus a 25% uplift pursuant to S.207A of TULRCA1992 in the sum of £201.92.[3]Total award = £1009.61
