JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded and the respondent must pay to the claimant, for the period 23 August 2022 to 22 September 2022 the sum of £1,166.00, subject to deductions to be made in respect of income tax and national insurance.[2]The claim of a failure to provide a written statement of particulars that complies with the requirement of s.1 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and the respondent must pay to the claimant the sum of £466.40 subject to deductions in relation to income tax and national insurance.[3]The claim for notice pay is well founded and the respondent must pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £233.20.
