The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]All claims against the second Respondent are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded. The Claimant is entitled to receive a redundancy payment in the sum of £6,144.00.[3]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded. The first Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a net payment of 12 weeks’ notice pay in the sum of £3,907.68.[4]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract is not well-founded and is dismissed.[5]Total award = £10,051.68
