JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent breached her contract of employment by terminating it without notice is not well founded.[2]By consent, the claimant’s complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay to her the full amount of holiday pay due on termination is well founded. The respondent must pay to the claimant £165.83, being the amount the parties agree remains due to the claimant.[3]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made a further unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay her for 12 hours worked is dismissed, having been withdrawn by the claimant.
