Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant’s application to amend the claim to include claims for Notice Pay and Holiday is granted without the need for re-service of the claim.[2]The respondent did not respond to the ET1 and having had notice of today’s hearing did not attend.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,740.[4]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,350.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £362.
