JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for breach of contract (Notice Pay) is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]By consent the claim under regulation 30 working Time Regulations succeeds (failure to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave to which she was entitled on termination of employment of employment). It is agreed between the parties that the Claimant was entitled to payment in respect of one day’s holiday in the sum of £63.46.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross amount of £63.46
