The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded. The claimant is entitled to receive a redundancy payment in the sum of £1426.14.[2]The claimant’s claim for accrued and outstanding holiday pay pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £126.80 gross, subject to any deductions of tax and national insurance the respondent may be obliged to make.[3]Total award = £1552.94
