[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period of three months commencing with the effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment. The Employment Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim form to have been presented within the three-month time limit. The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim and the claim is struck out. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE JOHNSON
