JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Stay of proceedings[1]By consent, the proceedings are stayed until 4pm on 4 June 2026. Any of the parties may apply for the stay to be lifted before the stay expires. Unless one of the parties applies for the stay to be lifted before 4pm on 4 June 2026 the claim will stand dismissed at 4pm on 4 June 2026 without further order.[2]The reason for making this order is because the parties (through their Counsel) informed the Tribunal that binding settlement terms had been reached but that they were awaiting ratification of COT3 by ACAS.
