JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent is ordered to pay Ms E Fish the total sum of £1,970.30 made up as set at paragraphs 2 and 3 below.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from Ms. Fish’s wages by failing to pay her the full amount of wages due to her for July and August 2022. The total amount of unauthorised deductions was the gross sum of £128.25.[3]The respondent failed to pay Ms. Fish the gross sum of £1,842.05 to which she was entitled for unpaid accrued holiday pay upon the termination of her employment.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay Miss B Weldon the total sum of £2,291.29 made up as set at paragraphs 5 below.[5]The respondent failed to pay Miss B Weldon the gross sum of £2,291.29 to which she was entitled for unpaid accrued holiday pay upon the termination of her employment.
