Mr J Broomfield v Frederick Teasdale: 2502158/2022

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2502158/2022
Mr J BroomfieldClaimantFrederick TeasdaleRespondent
Employment Judge SweeneyDate 21 December 2022

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 12 December 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: It has no reasonable prospect of success, having been presented after expiry of the statutory time limit.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim having been presented outside the relevant time limit and in the absence of any representations from the Claimant, the claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 6 January 2023 will not take place.
