[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages in respect of one week’s pay ‘in hand’ is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages in respect of unpaid service charges is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages in respect of unpaid additional ‘service charges’ is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The Judgement of the Employment Tribunal on remedy is that:[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the total gross sum of £1083.77.[2]The has been calculated in the following way:a. Unpaid wages ‘in hand’: 1 week’s pay in the agreed sum of £480.77.b. Unpaid wages for ‘service charges’ in the agreed sum of £123.00.c.
