JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant withdrew all of his claims against the second, third, fourth and fifth respondents at the preliminary hearing 10 March 2022. The basis on which the claimant withdrew these claims is set out in the record of that case management primary hearing which has been sent to the parties.[2]All claims against the second, third, fourth and fifth respondents are therefore dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The second, third, fourth and fifth respondents are removed as respondents to these proceedings.
