[1]By an order dated 24 March 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with previous orders of the Tribunal and the claim had not been actively pursued.[2]Specifically, on 18 January 2022 the claimant was required to provide the correct name of the respondent and the claimant has failed to do so.[3]The claimant has not made any representations in writing, or at all, as to why the claim should not be struck out.
