[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment from the respondent in the amount of £735.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the following claims made by the claimant as they have been brought outside the statutory time limits:a. the claim for damages for breach of contract, the respondent having terminated the claimant’s employment without notice; andb. the claim for arrears of pay, the respondent having failed to pay the claimant for work she did between 31 March and 5 April 2023.
