JUDGMENT

[1]The unanimous judgment of the employment tribunal is as follows:-(i) the claimant’s complaint of unlawful direct disability discrimination, contrary to S.13 of the Equality Act 2010, is not well-founded and is dismissed;(ii) the claimant’s complaint of unlawful disability discrimination, contrary to S.15 of the Equality Act 2010, is not well-founded and is dismissed;(iii) the claimant’s complaint of victimisation, contrary to S.27 of the Equality Act 2010, is well-founded and succeeds.
