[1]The claimant’s complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is wellfounded and succeeds.[2]The claimant’s complaint that there has been a failure to pay his accrued untaken annual leave upon termination of employment is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid notice is well-founded and succeeds.[4]In respect of arrears of wages, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,848.00.[5]In respect of accrued untaken annual leave, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £594.00.[6]In respect of unpaid notice, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1,164.00.[7]The total sum that the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant is £3,606.00.
