[1]The claim of unauthorised deduction of wages in contravention of section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. 1.1 The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £598.88.[2]The claim of failure to pay holiday pay on termination of employment in contravention of regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and succeeds. 2.1 The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £44.62.[3]The total amount to be paid to the Claimant is £643.50.
