JUDGMENT

It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The claim of pregnancy discrimination contrary to sections 18 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 is well-founded and the claimant is entitled to a remedy.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay forthwith to the claimant the sum of £4397.44p compensation for unlawful pregnancy discrimination.[3]The claim of automatic unfair dismissal by the claimant advanced pursuant to section 99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the claim of wrongful dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[4]Any alternative claim of sex discrimination advanced by the claimant is dismissed on withdrawal.
