JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and the claimant is awarded compensation in the sum of £1,005.70 calculated as follows:- Basic Award One week’s pay £226 Compensatory Award Three week’s pay at £226£678 Add increase to award of 15% for failure to follow ACAS Code of Practice £101.70 Compensatory Award £779.70 Total Award on Compensation £1005.70[2]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (notice pay) is well founded and the claimant is awarded one week’s wages in the sum of £226.00.[3]The claimant’s complaint of breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (holiday pay) is well-founded. The claimant is awarded thirteen hours at £8.10 per hour amounting to a total of £105.30.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded. The claimant is awarded compensation in the sum of five hours at £8.10 amounting to £40.50 together with bank charges of £20 pursuant to section 24(A) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 amounting to a total £60.50.
