JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that his dismissal by the respondent was unfair, being contrary to sections 94 and 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s contract claim to the effect that the respondent was in breach of the contract of employment between them by not giving him the notice of the termination of that contract to which he was entitled is not well-founded and is dismissed.
