JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for redundancy pay, holiday pay and notice pay are well founded and succeed in the following sums:a. Redundancy pay in the gross sum of £4725.00;b. Notice pay in the gross sun of £1890.00;c. Holiday pay in the gross sum of £193.73.[2]In addition, at the time the proceedings were commenced, the claimant had not been provided with a statement of employment particulars contrary to section 1(1) ERA 1996 and accordingly the Tribunal awards the claimant the further sum of £315.00 representing 2 weeks’ gross pay.
