REASONS
The claim of unlawful deduction of wages only, was presented on 28th December 2017. The relevant law is in section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 .The name of the respondent was later amended and the claim re-sent A response was due by 8th March 2018 but none was received. I am required by rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 to decide on the available material whether a determination can be made and , if so I am obliged to issue a judgment which may determine liability and remedy. I consider the above judgment appropriate because I have sufficient information to enable me to find the claim proved and to determine the sums claimed in the claim form are accurate . TM Garnon
