JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for:a. Protective Award under section 189(3) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992;b. Breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay);c. Unauthorised deduction of wages;d. Non-payment of holiday pay are dismissed.REASONS
[2]The reason that the claims are dismissed are that:a. The Claimant has not provided any documents, evidence or file of papers to the Tribunal in accordance with the order of 28 June 2022.b. The Claimant did not attend the hearing today and did not respond to an email from the Tribunal Office requesting that he do so. The hearing was scheduled to start at 9:45am and the Tribunal waited until 11am before determining the matter. Case No:2501720/2021 Having considered the information that was available the claims were dismissed pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules.
