JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination arising in consequence of disability and a failure to make reasonable adjustments are well founded and succeed;[2]The claim of direct disability discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.[1]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £53,172.85 compensation comprising:a. £9,769.44 basic award for unfair dismissal.b. £27,171.61 compensatory award (of which £1,686.88 is interest)c. £13,591.23 for injury to feelings (of which £1,591.23 is interest)d. £2,640.57 in respect of tax payable on the award (‘grossing up’)[2]The parties having agreed the calculations of the figures above, the hearing on 6 April 2023 is vacated.
