Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £315.00p in respect of unpaid wages.REASONS
[1]The claimant filed a claim with the Tribunal on 7 September 2018 which was served on the respondent on 28 September 2018. The respondent did not respond and the claim was re-sent to the registered office of the respondent on 20 November 2018.[2]The respondent has not filed a response to the claim.[3]The claimant has provided written information to the Tribunal which satisfies me that the above-mentioned sum is due to her in respect of the claim of unpaid wages advanced to the Tribunal.
