[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made deductions from his wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by failing to pay wages (including holiday pay) is well founded.[2]The respondent must pay to the claimant £966.74 (being the amount that remains owing to the claimant), subject to any deductions for tax and national insurance that the respondent is required by law to make and pay over to HMRC.
