Mr W Farquhar v Miller UK Ltd: 2501688/2021
JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is and was at all material times (namely August 2021) suffering from a disability as defined in section 6 of the Equality Act 2010, that being a mental impairment which has a substantial and long term adverse effect on his ability to carry out normal day to day activities.[2]The respondent did not know and could not reasonably have been expected to know that the claimant has or had that disability.[3]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful disability discrimination are therefore not well founded and are dismissed.
