JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded on procedural grounds and succeeds.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal calculated as follows: 2.1. Basic Award - £1,020 2.2. Compensatory Award - £643.00[3]The Compensatory Award is comprised of the following sums: 3.1. £350 as to loss of statutory rights 3.2. Compensatory loss to date of hearing, £293.00[4]The tribunal declares that the Prescribed Period for the purpose of the recoupment regulations is 22 June 2020 to 7 January 2021 and the Prescribed Amount is £293.00 and the balance of the Compensatory Award payable to the claimant is £350.[5]The claim of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) is not well founded and is dismissed.
