[1]By a letter dated 12th January 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out.[2]The Claimant has failed to respond to any of the Tribunals correspondence and has failed to comply with any of the Orders made on 19th October 2021 and has failed to pursue her claim actively.[3]The claimant has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this claim should not be struck out. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 15th February 2022 will not take place.
