JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for outstanding holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £524.61 to the claimant. This is a gross sum and the claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance thereon.[2]The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered pay the sum of £377.00 to the claimant. This is a gross sum and the claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance thereon.[3]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with an itemised pay statement pursuant to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with a statement of initial employment particulars or particulars of change pursuant to section 1 and section 4 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent is ordered to pay the amount equal to 4 weeks’ pay pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 £524.44.[5]The total amount ordered to be paid by the respondent to the claimant is £1426.05.
