JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the respondent is E.D. Nunnerley Limited and the Tribunal’s records shall be amended accordingly.[2]The claimant’s claims of unauthorised deduction of wages (holiday pay) and breach of contract (notice pay) and the respondent’s employer’s contract claim are all stayed until 12:00pm on Monday 5 July 2021. In the absence of an application from either party to relist the claims for a hearing by that date, both the claimant’s and respondent’s claims shall be struck out in their entirety without further reference to either party or to an Employment Judge. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
