JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s application for an extension of time in which to present its response form ET3 is refused.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful disability discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,412.64 being wages unlawfully deducted. That is a net amount and the respondent shall be responsible for the payment of any income tax and national insurance contributions thereon. Authorised by EMPLOYMENT JUDGE JOHNSON
